Agenda for Change

The symposium will culminate in a study and press release announcing a comprehensive Women’s Agenda for 2025, focusing on actionable steps, platforming the Mayor’s initiatives & a roadmap to accountability.

In the spirit of sustained impact and continuous progress, the Global Spotlight on Women Thought Symposium is committed to driving change beyond the confines of our event. Following the symposium, we are dedicated to advancing three pivotal initiatives designed to address critical areas of concern for women in the workplace and society. These initiatives underscore our commitment to catalyzing long-term, actionable change in women's pay equity, diversity & inclusion & the broader spectrum of

 inequalities women face:

To close the gender pay gap across industries by demonstrating that pay equity is good for business and the world.

To enhance diversity & foster a culture of inclusion in tech environments, on film & TV sets, & general workplaces, ensuring women of all backgrounds are represented & valued at every level.

To tackle the broader inequities faced by women, focusing on areas such as health, education, business and entertainment.
